For the first time, Pakistan has opened the Shivala Teja Singh in Sialkot 72 years after partition under the regime of Imran Khan who came up with 'Naya Pakistan' slogan. Not only it has been opened for Hindus, but Pak government's ETPB has chalked out a plan for the renovation and preservation of Shivala with the help of Lahore based Sir Ganga Ram Heritage Foundation. The Shivala building is strong but needs minor repairs.
