Several countries, mainly from Europe, have imposed a ban on travel to the United Kingdom over the concerns of the new Covid strain that has kept the health experts across the world alarmed. British Health Secretary Matt Hancock has accepted that "the new variant is out of control." Austria, Belgium, Italy, Ireland, Germany, France and the Netherlands are among the countries that announced a travel ban to the UK.
