Singaporean baggage handler jailed for 20 days for swapping luggage tags on nearly 300 bags
A Singaporean baggage handle has been jailed for 20 days as he swapped tags on 286 bags at the Changi airport, which led them to end up at wrong destinations around the world. Tay Boob Keh pleaded guilty to charges of swapping the tags on bags between Nov 2016 & Feb 2017. He did it out of frustration & anger after his request for extra staff at his work section was ignored. He was suffering from a major depressive disorder.
