Tickets worth Rs 10 crore sold on IRCTC after launch of Shramik special trains

Around 30,000 tickets were booked for over 54,000 passengers in the first three hours on Monday (May 11) after IRCTC started booking tickets online for special trains. The revenue generated from tickets sales for these air-conditioned (AC ) trains was around Rs 10 crore. All tickets for the Howrah-New Delhi train, which is scheduled to begin its journey today at 5:05 pm, were booked within the first 10 minutes.
