To end appeasement, govt withdrew Haj subsidy

To empire the minority without appeasement, the Indian government has decided to withdraw the Haj subsidy for pilgrims. Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, the Minority Affairs Minister has stated that the subsidy would now be used for the education of the minorities. Rs 405 crore was spent as a subsidy for the Haj Pilgrims in the year 2016. Air India used to be the biggest beneficiary of the Haj subsidy.
