UK eases travel restrictions for vaccinated travellers from US, EU, no relaxations for India
The UK government has eased the travel restrictions for fully vaccinated travellers from US and European countries. The mandatory 10-day quarantine has been done away with for travellers from these countries. The new rules will come into force from Monday. However, the restrictions remain from travellers from India. UK Transport Secretary Grant Shapps referred to the move as "another important step forward".
