To avoid extradition, Mehul Choksi surrenders Indian Passport

Fugitive Mehul Choksi is trying everything to avoid extradition and punishment under the Indian law for bank frauds. And in his latest attempt, Choksi has surrendered his Indian Passport and citizenship to Antigua. He also submitted $177 to the Indian High Commission in Antigua along with his passport. The foreign ministry said that Choksi can't have dual citizenship. Antigua is hearing India's case for his extradition.
