ISI officer Nasir was the mastermind behind 2009 Jammu bus stand blast: Arrested Pak terrorist

Mohammad Ashraf, the Pakistani terrorist who was arrested by the Delhi Police Special Cell on Tuesday in Laxmi Nagar, has revealed that the 2009 Jammu bus stand blast was conducted by Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. Ashraf revealed that the blast was conducted at the behest of ISI officer Nasir. Ashraf also provided information about the Delhi High Court Blast in 2011, in which two Pakistanis were involved.
