Star India aims 700 million viewers during IPL 11

India’s top sportscaster Star India is keen to deeply localise the IPL content with a live broadcast in as many as 6 regional languages throughout 10 channels. The main focus is to reach a landmark 700 million viewership during IPL 11. Along with regular Hindi and English, the other regional languages will be Bengali, Tamil, Telugu & Kannada. Star will also stream the IPL matches live on the digital venture Hotstar.
