10 people with criminal background arrested from Jamia Millia, none of them students: Delhi Police

A day after the violent clash between the Delhi Police and protestors from Jamia, the police has arrested 10 people from the Okhla area in connection with the violence. The police said all of the arrested people have criminal backgrounds and none of them are students. The university Vice-Chancellor Najma Akhtar had demanded a high-level enquiry against police entry into campus and the crackdown on students a day earlier.
