As a respect for mother Shivinder Singh withdraws complaint against brother

The case filed on 4th September, Shivinder Singh has withdrawn the case on Thursday against his brother Malvinder Singh from NCLT. Shivinder said that he respects his mother and for her, he is taking back the complaint. Both the brothers have started mediation. Malvinder and Sunil Godhwani were accused of mismanaging and oppressing RHC Holdings, Religare Enterprises, and Fortis Healthcare.
