2 militants killed, 2 soldiers injured in J&K's Awantipora encounter

Two militants were killed and two soldiers injured during an encounter in J&K's Awanitpora region today morning. The militants are yet to be identified. The joint operation against the militants was carried out by the CRPF, the Rashtriya Rifles of the Indian Army and the Jammu and Kashmir Police. Initial reports said the encounter took place in the Satpokhran Khrew area of Awantipora. At present, the firing has stopped.
