After SC rap, govt order telecompanies to clear dues by 11:59 pm, Airtel to Pay Rs 10,000 crore by Feb 20

Complying with the October verdict of the Supreme Court, the department of telecommunications has asked all telecom companies to repay AGR dues by 11:59 pm today. The govt today ordered Companies including Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea to clear their adjusted gross revenue dues by 11:59 pm today. Airtel has reportedly offered to pay Rs 10,000 crore by February 20 and the rest before the next date of hearing.
