Gangster Vikas Dubey reportedly spotted in Delhi. The entire Delhi Police is on alert. The police had raided some places in Najafgarh but no specific location is known. A special unit of the police had got some tips. More than 100 teams of the Uttar Pradesh police have been engaged in an operation to nab wanted history-sheeter Vikas Dubey who has been absconding for over five days since the raid in Kanpur.
