Buxar Central jail prisoners preparing hanging ropes for Nirbhaya convicts: Report

According to the latest reports, some of the convicted prisoners in Bihar’s Buxar central jail are preparing hanging ropes for the execution of the four convicts in the 2012 Delhi gang-rape and murder case. A directive to prepare 10 hanging ropes was sent to jail superintendent Vijay Kumar Arora three days ago. It is being speculated that the convicts will be sentenced to death after the President rejects the mercy plea.
