CBI in Supreme Court to challenge Calcutta High Court order allowing house arrest of 4 TMC leaders

The CBI has moved the Supreme Court to challenge an order by the Calcutta High Court allowing house arrest of the four Trinamool Congress leaders, who were held last week in connection with the Narada sting tapes case. This is even as a larger bench of the Calcutta High Court is going to hear the case. The central probe agency is also seeking the adjournment of the larger bench hearing in the case.
