Demonetisation aftermath: Indian jewellers receive surprise tax notices

After PM Modi banned old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes on November 8, 2016, Jewellers are believed to have earned much that day but now govt has its eye on their earning as claimed by the jewellers, who have received surprise tax notices, where they have been asked to turn over money they made from customers. Well, the news seems to be creating big trouble for the jewellers who minted much cash that day.
