Days after agreeing to a mutual disengagement during military-level talks, China appears to be back to its aggressive posture along the Line of Actual Control. According to the fresh reports, the People's Liberation Army is relocating its troops and strengthening its border infrastructure at a rapid pace to boost its capacities on the border areas.
