Former attorney general Mukul Rohatgi hailed the decision by a Delhi court to grant bail to activist Disha Ravi, who has held in connection with the toolkit controversy. "Happy that a courageous and bold judgment has come from a district court and not the Supreme Court. Full marks to the judgment and court for keeping the flag of liberty flying," Rohatgi said. He added that there was no material to establish the sedition charge.
