Maharashtra: Cop who held 21 Tablighi Jamaat members tests positive for Coronavirus

A senior police inspector, who held 21 foreign nationals and also the Tablighi Jamaat members, in Mumbra, Maharashtra has tested positive for coronavirus. He had led an operation to apprehend the 21 foreign nationals in Mumbra after the Tablighi Jamaat event at Nizamuddin area in Delhi amid the pandemic. Soon after, the police inspector started showing symptoms of Covid-19 and was tested for it. The results came on Friday.
