The Indian government is going to launch a WhatsApp chatbot to address queries related to the Coronavirus vaccine as the nation prepares for a country-wide vaccination within days. According to government officials, users can send their queries on the number 9013151515 with the message “say vaccine”. The bot will answer frequently asked questions related to the vaccination. The chatbot is at the pilot stage.
