The Supreme Court of India today asked the government why it was not banning the disinfection tunnels that have been set up to disinfect human beings after the Centre told the court that using "disinfection tunnel is clinically and psychologically harmful". Responding to the apex court, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that appropriate directions regarding the disinfection tunnels will be issued by Tuesday.
