The Supreme Court of India today stayed the arrest of Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, and three other senior journalists, who were booked for spreading misinformation through social media on the death of a person involved in the tractor rally violence on Republic Day. The apex court stayed the arrest of the Congress leader and three journalists while hearing the petition challenging the registration of multiple FIR against them.
