PM Narendra Modi has said his government does not spare those who deceive and loot the nation. "The manner in which governments used to run earlier, in which the system functioned earlier, they lacked both political and administrative willpower. Today there's a political will to come down heavily on corruption," the PM said. PM Modi said this while addressing the joint conference of the Central Vigilance Commission and CBI.
