India continued to “take steps to restore normalcy” in J&K: US state department

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken released the state department’s first human rights report under the Joe Biden administration on Tuesday. The report titled 2020 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices, has accused China of committing genocide against Uyghurs. The report lauded India for taking "steps to restore normalcy” in Jammu & Kashmir. “We know we have work to do at home," Blinken said while releasing the report.
