India lost the domestic export incentive case filed by the US at WTO

India has lost a case filed by the US against export incentives at the WTO & the conclusion is that these schemes are inconsistent with the international trade norms. With this ruling, India will have to rework these incentive schemes to comply with WTO ruling. However, India is going to appeal against the WTO's ruling. The US had dragged India to WTO's dispute settlement panel over Delhi's export incentive schemes last year.
