Maharashtra Govt Formation: SC orders floor test tomorrow, protem speaker to be elected

In a major setback for BJP and Ajit Pawar, the Supreme Court has ordered to conduct a floor test tomorrow. The floor test will be conducted by 5 pm tomorrow. The court also said that a protem speaker will be elected. However, there will be no secret ballot or live telecast of the test. The order was passed by a 3-judge bench of the apex court and Justice Ramana read out the order. The swearing-in will be followed by the floor test.
