National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah detained in his house in Srinagar

Senior National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah has been detained at his house in Srinagar on October 16, Wednesday. Abdullah has continuously criticized the government's move to abrogate article 370 from Kashmir. Yesterday, Abdullah's daughter and sister were taken into Police custody. Safia Abdullah, the daughter of Farooq Abdullah has been sent into judicial custody. The National Conference leaders met him on Sunday.
