PM Modi speaks to Japan PM Fumio Kishida on phone with aim to strengthen Strategic and Global Partnership

PM Narendra Modi had a telephonic conversation this morning with newly appointed Japan Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. The PM took to Twitter to share that he congratulated his Japanese counterpart for assuming charge as the Prime Minister of Japan. "I look forward to working with him to further strengthen India-Japan Special Strategic and Global Partnership and to enhance cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region," the PM wrote.
