Suresh Prabhu takes 'full responsibility' of Train Accidents, Offers To resign

Following the deadly Utkal Express and Kaifiyat Express derailments in 4 days, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu had offered to quit after taking responsibility for the tragedies.
