The SC today dismissed a PIL seeking the ouster of Union Minister VK Singh over alleged anti-Army statements he had made over the stand-off with China. "If the minister gives a statement... you file a PIL to remove him? It appears you are a scientist. Use your energy to help the country," CJI NV Ramana told the petitioner- Chandrasekaran Ramasamy while adding that the decision to remove a minister lies with the PM.
