Team India is set to play the first match of the T-20 series against Bangladesh on November 3 in Delhi amid the "severe" air quality. Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin took to Twitter to express his concern over the dire situation in the National capital. "The quality of air in Delhi is really scary, the oxygen we breathe is the basic requisite for mankind on this planet. This indeed is emergency," Ashwin wrote on Twitter.
