ICC introduces new guidelines for Super Over to decide the winner of tied T20I matches

Super-overs have been the topic of discussion since when England was declared as a winner of the 2019 World Cup against New Zealand. The way England emerged as the winner drew major conflicts among the Cricket gurus and hence paving a way for the introduction of new rules for Super -overs, so that one may not faces the same situation in T20Is. So, now there can be multiple Super-Overs until a clear winner emerges.
