Apple confirmed to ship only Qualcomm powered iPhones to Germany

Apple Inc has confirmed that they will only be selling Qualcomm powered iPhones in Germany. Last year some of the iPhone models were banned in Germany due to a patent infringement ruling. Apple said that it has stopped using some of the Intel corp chips in order to continue selling iPhones in Germany. Last year Qualcomm sued Apple for infringing its patent and won a ban on some of the models in China also.
