Ford Motor under investigation for emissions testing problems

The US Dept of Justice opened a criminal investigation into concerns about Ford's emission certification process. Ford Motor company admitted that it's under investigation over its internal emission testing practices & the investigation is still in the preliminary stages. Ford said that investigation had got nothing to do with the use of defeat devices or software meant to deceive regulators, which was Dieselgate scandal.
