14 million US customer records stolen from government payment site

A security investigation site KrebsOnSecurity has discovered a data breach in Government Payment Service Inc's website GovPayNow.com, which provides telecommunication services such as online payment channels for fines and licensing fee to local governments in the US. It was found that more than 14 million customer records including names, addresses, phone numbers and the last 4 digits of credit cards were leaked.
