3 Nirbhaya convicts move ICJ seeking stay on death sentence

After using all their constitutional rights and receiving a death sentence in the 2012 Nirbhaya gangrape-murder case, 3 of the four convicts have approached the International Court of Justice, seeking a stay on their death sentence. The three convicts who approached the ICJ are Akshay, Pawan and Vinay. Mukesh, one of the four convict's plea was dismissed earlier today, in which he pleaded for the right to refile mercy pleas.
