Afghanistan Gurudwara attack: ISIS claims responsibility, India condemns the attack

The Islamic State or ISIS group has claimed an attack on a gurdwara in central Kabul, according to the SITE intelligence group, in the latest assault by the extremist outfit targeting the minority Sikh community in Afghanistan. India condemned the cowardly attack and said the attack at such a time shows the diabolical mindset of the perpetrators & their backers. India also called for safeguarding the rights of Sikhs in Afghanistan.
