A student gunman opened fire at a Southern California high school, killing two students and wounding three others. The gunman was eventually captured by the police after he shot himself in the head. The incident happened at 7:30 am local time on Thursday at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, about 30 miles (48 kilometers) northwest of downtown Los Angeles. The school and the surrounding area has been locked down.
