An FIR has been registered by Uttar Pradesh police against nine people, including slain gangster Vikas Dubey's brother and wife in a fake arms license case. Dubey's wife and others are accused of obtaining an arms license by using fake documents. The FIR filed at the Chaubeypur police station names Ravinder Kumar, Ashutosh Tripathy, Vishnupal, Amit, Dinesh Kumar and others as the culprits in the case.
