Congo national held hostage at residence by Nigerian national, rescued by Noida police

The Noida Police rescued a man from the Republic of Congo, living in Greater Noida's Sector Gamma 1 after he was allegedly held hostage by a Nigerian national at his residence. David Ahmed Lukman, a businessman from Nigeria held Arnold hostage as the latter was unable to pay back a loan of Rs 15 lakh that he took from the former. Arnold refused to file a complaint against Lukman who also made a ransom call to the former's family.
