Time is changing but not the mentality of the people. In a case of dowry when a 22-year-old Bihar girl failed to give Rs 2 Lakh and a bike as demanded by her in-laws and husband, they ripped her nails and hair. When she was unconscious, they throw her on railway tracks and on gaining awareness she shouted for help. After this, she was taken to the hospital in a very serious condition. A case has been registered.
