In a shocking and inhuman incident, a Dalit youth was tonsured and paraded with a garland of shoes around his neck for daring to fall in love with an upper-caste woman in Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur. Identified as Rajkumar Dehria of village Daman Khamaria, the victim said in his complaint that the accused are relatives of the woman he fell in love with. The accused called Dehria to their house and thrashed her.
