The NIA investigation into Pakistan High Commission officials allegedly routing money to Hurriyat leaders in the Valley through Hawala has now found a link with suspended Jammu and Kashmir DSP Davinder Singh. The National Intelligence Agency, during its investigations in the case pertaining to the apprehension of Davinder Singh, accused the DSP of J&K police and Irfan Shafi Mir, HM Commander Naveed Mushtaq and Rafi Ahmad.
