Delhi gang-rape convict Pawan Gupta moves Supreme Court against dismissal of juvenile claim

One of the four convicts in 2012 Delhi gang-rape case, Pawan Gupta on Friday moved the Supreme Court seeking review of the plea that challenges an earlier order dismissing his juvenile claim. The Supreme Court had earlier rejected Pawan Gupta's plea of juvenility and had held that the issue has been decided on the basis of documents and cannot be re-exercised. The hanging is scheduled to take place on February 1.
