The Delhi Police has filed a chargesheet in connection with the communal riots in northeast Delhi in February. The Delhi Police Special Cell has said in the chargesheet that the conspirators arranged buses, manpower including around 300 women, and logistics to execute "pan-Delhi protests". The conspirators also met for a secret meeting on the midnight of February 16-17. Umar Khalid was the part of such Whatsapp groups.
