French interior minister calls Paris knife attack an act of Islamist terrorism
Hours after 2 people were wounded in a knife attack in Paris, French interior minister Gerald Darmanin called it an act of Islamist terrorism. "We are still in a war against Islamist terrorism," Darmanin added. The incident happened in front of the building of Charlie Hebdo where terrorists had shot employees of the magazine. The staff of Hebdo said, "such events should make us even more assertive in the defence of our values."
