Harvey Weinstein pleads not guilty ahead of second trial in Los Angeles

Former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, who is set to appear for his second trial related to the charges of rape and sexual assault, has pleaded not guilty. 69-year-old Weinstein appeared before the Los Angeles Superior Court for his first trial, after being extradited from New York on Tuesday. The former producer is appealing his 2020 New York conviction and sentence. He has been accused of sexual assault by 5 women.
