Hizbul Mujahideen's new chief is an MPhil dropout from Dehradun College

After the security forces hunted Saifullah Mir in an encounter, terrorist organisation Hizbul Mujahideen has announced its new chief in Kashmir and he is an MPhil dropout. Identified as Zubair Wani, the Hizbul Mujahideen commander is an MPhil dropout from Dehradun College and he joined the outfit in 2018. The family of the 31-year-old terrorist lives in Dehruna village in South Kashmir's Anantnag district.
