India has spoken to UNSC about how Pakistan based underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim's criminal syndicate has become a terrorist network. India's permanent representative said to the UN ambassador Syed Akbaruddin that criminal groups are joining hands with terrorists to provide services like trafficking, illicit financing, counterfeiting, etc. They said that D-company is dealing with atrocious acts from their 'safe haven'.
